No hospital can buy a higher position. The order you see is produced entirely by an algorithm scoring how well each hospital fits your case, not by who pays us.
The 9 factors we weigh
Each match gets a transparent score across these factors. A factor only counts when we actually have the data for it, so a hospital is never ranked on blanks, and the factors that matter most to you (from your “what matters most” answers) are weighted higher.
